OneSkin and its staff are wonderful. I made an appointment for mole removal and a Botox consult and was scheduled with Tiffany Katsaros. The appointment was great, Tiffany was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful during the mole removal procedure and with my questions about Botox. She listened to what I was asking and responded with understanding and useful information. I did not feel like she was rushing the appointment to get to other clients and she was really present with me. Also, I wasn’t sure what to expect with the mole removal procedure but it was over very quickly and I was pleasantly surprised. I also want to mention Marci and Lindsey, who I also interacted with and who made my experience great! Both were very kind and friendly. Going to a new place not knowing what to expect can be intimidating when it comes to your body and appearance, but I felt welcomed and comfortable with OneSkin’s staff. It wasn’t an issue for me but if it helps others-there was no one at the front desk as everyone was with patients, and I had to scan a QR code with my phone to check in. Was quick and easy and I was taken to my room minutes later (on time). I highly recommend OneSkin and I will be returning.
